Jobs that need to be completed in less than 7 days may require rescheduling existing work for other clients and working extra hours. This will incur a rush fee of 30%. Deadline jobs that are longer than a week away are usually ok but may potentially incur a rush fee depending on size of project and our existing workload.

RUSH. I need this in less than a week and am willing pay extra to have it prioritized over other work.

DEADLINE. It's more than a week away but there's still a deadline that needs to be met. Typically does not incur additional charge unless it requires significant rescheduling of existing jobs.

NO RUSH OR DEADLINE. Parts will typically be completed in 1 to 3 weeks, but depending on what materials need to be ordered and other potential large contracts we are handling it may take longer.
